I don't know if there is something wrong with intercoms, but the last two weeks that I went through drive thru, no one gave a greeting or asked anything. Total silence. Not very friendly as usual

In customer service, Peggy is the best! The last few years that we've been with Horizon, we have been helped by Peggy and she is just amazing at her job. She doesn't make you feel bad, shes patient, and not snippy and snotty like most people at a bank. She is the reason for the 5 stars. Anything you need done, she can do!
