The people here at 530 am on 12/15/17 are worthless. I sat in the drive thru for over 6 minutes behind 1 truck while they waited for 2 drinks. The brain dead workers didn't have the truck pull up and out of the way so other people in line could get their food. When I got to the window I complained loudly about it and the woman that came to the window was clueless. I told her I'd never return to this place and she replied, OK. Brain dead workers....get what you pay for I guess.
Horrible service. Very rude. Almost every night after work I stop at this McDonalds and the one on Hwy 2 and ask for a strawberry and vanilla shake. (strawberry and vanilla mixed) Which isn't too hard to make I wouldn't think. Usually there isn't an issue anywhere else, but for some reason the employees here always give me a hard time. They said they couldn't mix flavors tonight, which was no big deal to me so I just ordered 1 strawberry and 1 vanilla shake. At the 1st window the cashier was very rude. Horrible customer service. And they failed to give me a straw at the 2nd window. So I pulled back around to go inside myself and get a straw because the drive thru line was pretty long and the manager was outside and basically ran to the door to beat me and says "the lobby is closed" and turned around and locked the door. So I had to jump in the drive thru line and wait to get a straw because the manager for some reason was in a huge hurry to not let me in. Long story short, EVERY employee and manager there that night was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Learn customer service and learn how to work for the public because we are the ones that keep the company running. I'd rather drive an extra 35 minutes to Michigan City Mcdonalds than deal with these people ever again.
I had to wait for mushrooms for my mushrooms and Swiss chicken sandwich. I feel like I'm still waiting. The mushrooms turned out to be little brown specks. I'll never order that specialty sandwich again.
Ok but have had issues in past. They correct them but I have to bring it to their attention.
I use my Samsung pay everywhere I go and never have any issues except for this McDonald's. They refuse to take the credit card reader down so I can tap my phone. They always ask me to hand Hand them my phone so they can do it. I do not trust anybody with my phone and that's not the way Supposed to work
