During the 2nd week noticed a hard metal rattle sound from front end. Vehicle supposidly has warranty. Called car lot they said put it thru warranty. Took it to a shop. Found out someone did brakes incorrectly and is missing pieces. Not covered under warranty. Little irritated.
By far my worse experience. I never usually go to these type stores. But with recent life events I did.
In all NO dont buy a car here. Obviously they doctor their cars. It made no noises during test drive. Started right up each time.
Called jackie (manager) at laporte. Said to pay for parts and fix it and bring her the receipts. (Still heard nothing)
This is the absolute worst place! They lie to you about what's covered under the warranty and then are ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! The manager from the Michigan City Store is an absolute condescending jerk who doesn't care to help customer. Managers a don't answer phone calls on their days off even though everywhere else in the business world if a Manger is off and the store has issues they answer the phone. Was told by a mechanic that the vehicle is basically a death trap. Go figure they say it's not covered by warranty but I haven't even had the car 1 week... over 2K to get the car to be safe to drive! They won't do anything!!!! BBB AND LAWYER ARE DEFINITELY MY NEXT MOVE! The lady Deana is really nice and tries to do what she can. Jackie too, she is really helpful.

Would never recommend this place to anybody. Unless you like paying high interest and about 4k more than the car is worth. They like taking advantage of people in a tight spot.
Within 24 hrs had battery failure... took two weeks arguing and finally got a battery.
Save your money - your buying a high priced headache.
Didn't really see anything that was worthwhile to buy. Thought it was a little overly priced.

Took vehicle to greenbay last weekend 12/11/16. Started hearing a howling noise. Stopped at a rest area and the weather molding is coming off the windshield. Sure its not covered by warranty.
