It was the worst experience ever. I will never go there again. The people there laughed at us, we had to sit there for about six hours and they still refused to help us. We already paid for our rental car but they did t help us at all they were rude, they called the cops on us. I will never go there again and I just want everybody to know( they were terrible to us) my mom came home crying) it was the worst experience ever

First time ever renting a car. I registered for a luxury car and got a Kia Sorento. The agent at the store said, " yeah I don't know why they rent luxurys here bc they won't send them to this store".

It took plenty long to get the paperwork in order and leave, maybe that's typical but I was surprised. They reduced my rate and were extremely nice and apologetic.
It would have been a great experience had I gotten what I registered for.
