Met with a family employee who was cleaning the wash stalls when I arrived. I talked to her about a few of my concerns that I have experienced in the past at this car wash. She was very amicable and explained their challenges in trying to remedy these concerns. She provided me with a free car wash and was pleased to have the feedback.

I was warned, but I didn't listen. I thought, "I'm just going to vacuum. How bad can it be? It's the closest!" I put my quarters in; nothing happened. I pushed the coin return button and heard my quarters fall. Unfortunately, they were stuck inside the machine still. I could see them as well as quite a few others (I think I counted 6 that I could see from my shortened position). It would appear I am not the first to be taken by this machine. No attendant on duty, so I called the number on the door. You can only leave a message; what good will that do? Are they going to mail me my dollar back? Went down the road and the machine worked fine. I guess if they're not going to maintain/check machines daily and also won't be onsite to help if they're not working, then I will avoid using this place in the future.
Paid for automatic car wash. About half way though it just stopped. Soap still all over the car. Can only leave a message no one answers. Waste of money.
