Awesome people, everyone there is friendly and both dentist are polite. I had a root canal and they took their time and even talked with me when I had questions. If you need a dentist in La Porte, go here, they make sure they get everything taken care of and then some.
My first experience with Region Dental was awesome the entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was able to get in the same day and my daughter was able to the next day. The front desk staff was very nice and made me extremely comfortable. The hygienist was so gentle. The dentist came in and was very upfront with issues and showed me my dental issues instead of just saying this is what I see and this is what you need which I appreciated very much. They will be our new permanent dentist
Professional, personable, best Dentistry experience ever. Drs. Ornelas and Berquist have an outstanding practice. No reason to go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and a delight to deal with. I recommend Region Dental without reservation.
Talk about hitting the dental lottery! I just moved here and was looking for a dentist. I went with the closest one I could find because I didn't know the area and I was in extreme pain from a broken tooth. I've never had good experiences at the dentist because it always felt like they were doing everything to make a buck and not give me all the options. That changed here. I told Dr. Joe (Ornelas) that I had just moved here, was unemployed and had no insurance. He took the time to explain to me the options and costs of each procedure he could do to make my pain go away. Seriously, he explained the benefits and downfalls of each one and allowed me to make up my mind with no pressure or embarrassment or judgment. The tooth was an absolute wreck. Broken and cracked, not an easy fix. I went with extraction and let me tell you this. With the exception of the initial shot of numbing medication I experienced ZERO pain AND he removed the tooth intact no surgery required! Look, we all hate going to the dentist, it's fact. But I will never, EVER, have reservations about going to a dentist again. This dentist is my dentist for as long as I live here.
