Walmart just lost a couple customers tonight. Today is my twin boys 1st birthday and I got off work a little early to get them a cake from Walmart. There was a last there with 2 kids also and we were waiting on someone to come help us. I asked one lady and she said Oh they all went home. No one works on Monday in the bakery. I'm like its Monday and it's only 6. The other lady said Hey just go to Kroger's.
The bagged lettuce in the produce section consistently looks brown and wilted. That's even before the sell by date. How can that be fixed?
Decently managed Walmart. Lot of items without prices, especially in furniture. Sometimes the cashiers can have quirky attitudes that detract from the shopping experience. One actually told me on a small purchase "is that all? Get back in there and buy some more." I understand it was their attempt at humor, but it was very unwelcoming. So yeah, there's that.
Always seems like lately a lot of the shelves are empty no matter what it is I'm looking for. Product definitely seems to be going downhill and I try to buy that elsewhere in town. Staff is always friendly which is a plus.
Low stock, friendly employees. We were lucky this time, there was no waiting in the check out lanes
There are a lot of cash registers but never enough people working to keep the lines from being to long. Even during the busy holiday season there's still empty registers.
There is a young woman in the electronics department that is really attentive and nice.
