Very kind, caring and attentive. I had been looking for a provider for sometime and I am glad that I chose her! Great bedside manner. She will be my PCP from now on!
Was 6 minutes late to my first time appointment, not a soul in the office, waited 6 mins for the receptionist to emerge for a back room somewhere, and when she finally said a word to me she had attitude for no reason what so ever, and her only response was "well your 12 mins late and the nurse practitioner has a full plate today so she won't be able to see,...literally not a soul in the office, and I was only 6 mins late but wait for her for an extra 6 mins and the she claims I'm to late for her to take the time to see me, if I only had 12 mins for my appointment to begin with then I will be going somewhere else, and I would suggest you do as well. I have major problems with my heart, and this doctors office could care less, I use the word doctor loosely here, keep in mind she is not a doctor at all,...merely a nurse,...so do yourself a giant favor and go to real doctors office. I can not prove it, but I sure got the vibe that it was souly because of the complexion of my skin...so that being said may you all have better luck then I did if you should so choose this office,...
Keep in mind I have grade A insurance, steel workers union,...and I still got turned away for being 6 mins late, and not a soul in the office waiting room,...sad day in LaPorte
