Our pool circulation pump went down Saturday, July 2. I called the Plymouth office at 9:00a. Repair man left LaPorte shortly afterwards. Pool up and running by noon. Unbelievable service, especially for a holiday weekend.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and poor customer service in the STILL ONGOING JOB SINCE APRIL on redoing my pool lines, concrete, and misc. other tasks. I've requested NUMEROUS TIMES via phone to have Paul or Ryan call me to get the job finished and settled. Even the staff that I've dealt with dislike and criticize each other's work and work ethic... They were good at tossing a football around or tossing a rock into a bucket though......I have a list of things that were done that actually will need to be redone.....
