Best customer service.
I just went to Shannons by a referal from a friend whos family has gone there for years. They said the owners are friendly and honest good business people. I found all this and more to be true. They dont just care about you as a customer but as a person. There was much sentimental value in the piece of which I needed repair and because of this the owner took the time from her very busy schedule to make the repair right then. I was amazed and very touched by her personal concern. I would recommend Shannons to anyone who still values customer service such as this.
