Horrible lawyer. Did not even understand what my plea agreement was and explained it all wrong and still charged me full price even though she screwed up. Does not have a good understanding of the laws.
Shes not the fastest attorney out there it takes a minute for them to get everything organized. But she was absolutely amazing! She got the love of my life home, and worked with me when i couldnt afford other attorneys outrageous prices. She got it done and got my husband home to meet his first child, after a year and a half. Thank you Autumn! I recently needed her again and she's willing to work with my husband again and worked with me again. I will never hire anyone else if i need legal guidance in the future. She is so compassionate too, and her receptionist Tracey is an absolute sweetheart!
She left me homeless and penniless in my divorce...her and her staff lied to me repeatedly..claiming she was convalescing when in fact she had Warrent out for her arrest for FTA in courts where she was being sued herself. Came up MIA for months (Warrents issued for het arrest during that time, according to court records) Acted injured and frail,when in fact the surgery was years before according to public records. Never followed up with any of the proof given to her.Allowed my ex to throw my belongings in dumpster.Never held him on contemt. Allowed him to get away with non dicloser of accounts, allowed him to steal my inharitents of over 40,000.00.I had to make her cross-examine at trial. She was all on board until the month of the trial, then it's all illrelatvent she says, only been married 3yrs she says. Allowed my ex's lawyer entered a moton 3 days pryer to trial that should of been in 30days before allowing him to steal not only my life but my future. In a relationship of 10yrs in a state that is 50/50. He was awarded everything, even my personal possession, didn't even recover my Attorney fee's .She was to buzy putting on Ben gay and coving up her lies then defending me.Very instence that I say I'm staying with friends, not that I can't get a place because he had run up 30,000.in fraudulently credit card charged against me. Want a good lawyer? Hire Bill Janes. Then I see her on facebook book vacationing during the time that she was so called "convalescing." She is the worst. Should be disbarred.
