Honestly, Shannon (owner and locksmith) is the absolute best. He went above and beyond, meeting me back at his shop after he had closed for the night to open my safe. He is quick, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Now if I could just stop locking myself out of my safe, my home and my car! And once again, my son just lost his only set of car keys....
