The job was completed on time and looks great! I dealt with Jeanna, Will and Nick all of them were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Jeanna was able to move things along with the gutter install, which was done after the roof completion. No one wants to spend money on a new roof, but J and B West employee's made me feel like it was money well spent! Also there is a very nice lady who answers the phones :)
Everyone was top notch. The office staff, Mike the estimator, Nick the foreman, the work crew & Chris the project manager. Couldn't be more pleased.
