My experience with Fays was not favorable. I called and got a price for a starter and told them I would be in to get it. I was quoted $124 and change. When I got there I got to hear other people going through their issues with Fays. When It was my turn, they let someone else interrupt while helping me. The interruption lasted another 15 minutes. By this time I have waited more than 1/2 hour. Then he (Ed) told me the price was $195. I told him the price I was quoted was $124, he said $195 was as low as he could go. I took my starter back and walked out. This not the first time I've had issues with the, but it will be the last. I feel sorry for the people on Pine Lake.
The worst and most unprofessional sale's force I have ever seen ! agreed on a price of a new pontoon boat and I trade in range of my boat, pulled my boat 75 miles there know one to look at it know one to close the deal then 4 days later I had to call them and ask what's going on with the trade Steve starts telling me all these things wrong with my boat little did he know I sent a copy of a 1,600.00 dollars worth of work that was done 45 days ago from another Marine that went thru and fixed everything on the boat changed all fluids etc. tuned it up
On top of that they increased the price of the pontoon almost 2,000.00 from the internet price!! then when when I went to pickup my boat they damaged the back seat and left the key on so the battery is dead. Bought a new pontoon from Starboard choice Marine night and day all professionals five stars to Starboard Choice Marine.
I bought a boat ...but it wasn't here. The salesmen did email some invoices in a timely matter, but when I drove there he showed me the wrong boat! Didn't figure it until I got home! Wasted a 1 1/4 hr trip! Still had some 2014's NEW in stock????? Wouldn't budge on the price! SMH!!!
