Save yourself the hassle and headache and drive to the new tcc store across town, they know how to manage a customer with half the additude and twice the iq.
I was treated extremely rudely by the manager, Cory davis, at the 1700 Lincolnway store. After the other employee gave me incorrect information, made 3 mistakes in front of me, Cory took over dealing with my issue. I was called "kinda stupid" for not knowing my Verizon pin, lectured about hacking for 5 minutes and directly lied to where I directly asked about ANY charges I would incur if I upgraded my elis is jetpak.
They could see that I had my charger and cash in hand but refused to aknowlege me instead of taking 45 seconds to just check me out.
A 25 year customer
This store has been disappointing every time that I've tried to do business there.
Today I went to buy a simple car charger for my Android and it took 25 minutes. I realize sometimes they are busy but they had two customers ahead of me that they were talking to techs via phone for. At times both Verizon employees were doing nothing but waiting on the tech on the phone for minutes at a time.
After almost leaving I could tell that the customer was almost finished so then I got the pleasureof hearing Shaquaun explain in detail how the customer needed to take a survey and if he got anything less than a 9 he was failing and he needed 10s to get his boss to buy him lunch....
The other tech jumped in and said to run it through thestore.
I will NEVER go to that store again and I just disconnected my tablet number, and I will be aggressively exploring other companies this week in hopes of cancelling my other 2 numbers.
They literally took more time plain how we could praise them than they spent checking me out. When I was but g the charger they Alex for my number and I said I just want to pay forit. He was visibly annoyed and mumbled some stuff about the number then asked for it again. I said I don't want texts from them just forget it, id just like to pay for the charger.
