My family has spent many hours of many days there fishing for Crappies & Blue Gills over the oast 40 years.
Traffic/road runs right through this park but it's good for a quick visit or walk. The skate park is surprisingly nice, large, and well lit. We call this place sketchy park, because of the road running through it and constant traffic , but we do go to feed the ducks or take a walk without having to drive very far from home. Not very safe for younger kids unless closely supervised.
Great place to go and just enjoy nature. Lake, two areas for children, skate and bike park, and walking path

Nice quiet restful place watch the birds listen to The Birds. Can simply relax and enjoy your day.
It's a nice place to go to for a walk or take the little ones to play & have a picnic lunch. Or take the little ones fishing across the street at Clear Lake.
